Wireless Stat Objectives Changing..Again!?!?!?!

We were informed by the company yesterday afternoon that the scores for availability are changing. RM Availability is changing from 87% to 89% and C&A(AR) is changing from 92% to 94%. This will take effect July 1st but you will notice the change in SRS June 1st. June will be the developmental month. With this change there is a positive change in the Repeat Call stat. The company will be starting to count repeat calls over a seven day period as opposed to everyday. We were not given any numbers on what that will be but the company promised to furnish that information as soon as they knew what it would be. You can expect an e-mail from the company on all of this on May 31 (today). Please let me know of any concerns you might be having by posting your comments below.
