Our brothers and sisters with At&t Video Services and At&t Internet Services are both currently working without a contract. Both have voted not to ratify tentative agreements. The company is going after their health care and pensions, this is unacceptable. Video Services has been back to the table with the company only to be told they will not discuss health care. There is a good chance they will be out on strike unless we put pressure on the company. Remember everything they do to union members in these contracts is what we will looking at in our contract negotiations. We will be asking our members to do some mobilization activities in the up coming weeks. It is very important that we participate in these activities, remember an injury to one is an injury to all. Check with your stewards and our local website to see what you can do to help.
